Nalkande began his professional cricket career with Vidarbha, making his List A debut in the 2018–19 Vijay Hazare Trophy on October 2, 2018, and his first-class debut in the 2018–19 Ranji Trophy on November 1, 2018. He has been recognized for his pace and ability to contribute with the bat, evolving into a promising all-rounder.
IPL Career
In December 2018, Nalkande was acquired by Punjab Kings for the 2019 IPL season. He later joined Gujarat Titans in 2022, making his IPL debut against Punjab Kings in April 2022. During his tenure with Gujarat Titans, he played six matches, taking six wickets. In 2025, he was signed by Delhi Capitals, adding depth to their pace attack.
