His standout performances in domestic competitions, particularly in the Vijay Hazare Trophy in 2022, where he was among the top wicket-takers, earned him widespread recognition. Yash’s excellent bowling in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy also helped him secure his place in the IPL.
IPL Career:
Yash Dayal was bought by the Gujarat Titans for ₹3.2 crore in the 2022 IPL mega-auction. His debut season was impressive, where he played a crucial role in Gujarat’s IPL title win. He took 11 wickets in 9 matches in his debut season, showcasing his potential as a strong performer in the T20 format.
