Titans Trailer: Jayasurya and Vinayakan Go Fantasy Comedy

By AYC Editorial Desk 3 min read

The Titans trailer is finally out, and Mollywood fans, this one’s for you. Jayasurya and Vinayakan share the screen again in Prince Joy’s Malayalam fantasy comedy. Nerambokku has dropped the official cut on its YouTube channel.

Quick heads-up before you go searching. This isn’t DC’s Titans, and it has nothing to do with Attack on Titan. It’s a Kerala film with a very Kerala cast list, and it hits theatres worldwide on October 22, 2026.

What the Titans trailer shows

Nobody has revealed the plot yet. So the trailer sells you a mood, not a story.

PrimeTime News calls it a blend of comedy, fantasy and thriller with a light, funny tone. The outlet expects the story to “move between humour, fantasy, mystery and thriller elements.” It also says the trailer leans hard on its two leads.

Reporter Live sums it up as “a comedy fantasy thriller.” Some early descriptions mention a Western-inspired world of colourful characters and eccentric costumes. We couldn’t confirm that in any published report, though, so treat it as a maybe for now.

Then there’s the tagline: “Different Games, Different Rules.” It hints at a mystery angle. Honestly? We’re curious.

Titans cast and crew

Jayasurya plays a character called Antony Yakuza. Yes, really. That name alone has us half-sold.

Here’s who’s on board:

  • Cast: Jayasurya, Vinayakan, Baby Jean, Nihal Nizam, Sunny Wayne, Indrans, Suresh Krishna and Manikandan R. Achari
  • Director: Prince Joy
  • Writer: James Sebastian
  • Producers: Midhun Manuel Thomas, Irshad M. Hassan and Pradeep C.S. (Nerambokku Productions)
  • Music: Dawn Vincent
  • Cinematography: Vishnu Sharma
  • Editing: Shameer Muhammed

The real hook is the reunion. Jayasurya and Vinayakan have already worked together in Chathikkatha Chanthu, Iyobinte Pusthakam and the Aadu films. If you’ve seen Aadu, you know what these two can do in the same frame. Going by the Titans trailer, Prince Joy knows it too.

Titans release date and OTT

Titans opens in theatres worldwide on October 22, 2026, Reporter Live reports. Magic Frames will distribute it in Kerala, and Farce Films takes care of overseas. 123 Music holds the audio rights.

You might spot an older October 1 date on a few movie listings. Ignore it. Every recent report says October 22.

OTT? No platform has announced anything yet, so don’t trust any “streaming now” claims you see floating around.
